					<description>A couple of weeks later the bill arrived and it turned out we needed to contact Telstra again.  Although we changed plans at 9:26pm all the phone calls on the 31st March prior to that time were billed according to the new plan.  The bill ended up being $25 more than it should have been, renewing our "love" for Telstra's ineptitude.</description>
